Description:

In 14.1, V-series Native PHY IP will crash with error complaining about invalid command named ::alt_xcvr::ip_tcl::ip_module::ip_log_invalid_parameter when user selected an illegal settings on the GUI. The error will be followed by bogus errors about a bunch of ports not fully defined after elaboration. This patch fixes the problem.

Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Quartus II 14.1 software or must
          install the Quartus II 14.1 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Quartus II
          software will not run properly.
