Description:

This patch provides the fix to avoid soft legality check for preserved ALEs.  It affects only the legality_lblk object file.

Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Quartus Prime 15.1.2 software or must
          install the Quartus Prime 15.1.2 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Quartus Prime
          software will not run properly.
