Description
You may see this error message while trying to encrypt *.rbf files for Intel® Arria® 10 SX devices with the Qcrypt Security Tool when the .rbf is split into core and periphery parts due to the presence of HPS in the project.
This is because the Qcrypt Security Tool cannot work with split files directly.
Resolution
To work around this, use command: quartus_cpf -c -e --hps <input sof file> --key=<key file>:<key id>
