Cannot Modify Maximum Payload Size in IP Compiler for PCI Express Parameter Editor

    Critical Issue

    Description

    The Maximum payload size parameter on the Buffer Setup tab of the IP Compiler for PCI Express parameter editor is grayed out and only supports the value of 256 Bytes, despite the fact that 128 Bytes should also be a supported value, for IP Compiler for PCI Express variations that target a Cyclone IV GX device.

    This issue affects all IP Compiler for PCI Express variations that target a Cyclone IV GX device.

    Resolution

    This issue has no workaround.

    This issue is fixed in version 11.1 SP1 of the IP Compiler for PCI Express.
