Why doesn't the FACTORY LED illuminate on my Stratix IV GX Signal Integrity development kit after the board is powered up and automatically configured with the preprogrammed factory image?

Description

The FACTORY LED may  not illuminate upon power up on your  Stratix®IV GX Signal Integrity development kit if the preprogrammed factory design was corrupted or changed.
